To help you out with your maintenance schedules, we will provide a free estimate even if it's just to plan out your budget for the coming year. We will submit a schedule and notice to 
residences of your properties for any work that has been awarded to us. We will keep in close contact with the appropriate board members to keep the job flowing smoothly and also to ensure they are getting what they expected. While on site our workers will report any maintenance issues that need attention. For instance, if our crew is cleaning the gutters and notice some damages to roofing, we will put this into a report and submit it to you or the strata council so everybody is aware of any upcoming repairs. If asked, one of our senior crew will attend a meeting with the council to go over any possible issues as well as go over our cleaning processes so everybody knows what to expect and what can be accomplished for what price.
We also have a scheduling program that will keep track of when work is due to be done. For example, if the gutters are on a complex are cleaned once a year in the fall. We will notify you a month before hand that this is coming up. This gives you ample time to meet with the council to approve the work before it is too far into the rainy season. Our quotes are always valid for one year. You can have an estimate done in March for cleaning that needs to be done in the fall allowing you to budget with ease.
