Seal Coating
Used on asphalt and concrete, our seal coating services are a great way to renew the look of your driveway, sidewalks and entryways.
For asphalt, we clean the surface and apply a one or two coat black sealer. We can patch small areas that have broken up or degraded from oil stains. We can also fill and seal cracks caused from the freeze thaw cycle and prevent this from happening again. Using a sealer is also a great way to preserve a surface from degrading in the first place.
For concrete, we use two different sealers one that is invisible once applied and cured. This is purely for a maintenance perspective. Concrete is very porous and will soak up water and oil with ease. Water can cause cracks and oil causes a stain that is impossible to completely remove. A sealer will create a barrier that nothing can get through. This makes it a breeze to clean and also simple to keep clean.
