Whether managed by a property manager or self-managed, we offer years of experience in helping to keep multi unit complexes well maintained. We will give recommendations as to what is necessary, what is cosmetic and a schedule of when to do the work. One of our senior crew members will sit in on a council meeting, if requested, to go over all the options and cleaning methods available and recommend what is best suited to the complex. We will stay in contact throughout the project to ensure everything is going according to plan and that everyone is happy with the work being done. Our job is to leave the site with everyone happy and satisfied with our work. Our business is all about repeat business and we want you to call us next time cleaning or maintenance is needed.

In an effort to always go the extra mile our crew will always go around the cleaned area and rinse, with a soft low pressure spray, any plants, outdoor furniture or anything else that may have been dirtied by the cleaning.

At the end of the job we will compile a report on any issues that the crew noticed during the cleaning process. For example, if while cleaning gutters we noticed there were some damaged shingles on the roof, we will report this to you so it can be addressed.
